Memphis, TN, Exchange Building, Rooftop

This last week I was invited to a shoot on a rooftop. It wasn't at just any rooftop it was the top of the historic Exchange building in Memphis, TN.  The Exchange is half hotel and half apartments. When I first walked into the lobby my breath was taken away! The blue chairs and the comfy but upscale decor. It was a place I felt instantly comfortable in. The receptionist was kind and friendly and after a minute of talking I found out she not only worked there, but got to call the Exchange her home. She told me she loved living there. And I can understand why.  There is a beautiful park next door.  I took the elevator to the 19th floor. There I met the hair and make up artist busy working.

We were blessed to get some behind the scenes photos. Thank you Mario Devon.  He did an AMAZING job capturing us all working away. All while he modeled as well! And I wont hold that he is a Canon lover against him. :)  Please take a moment and look at his photos. If you like what you see please click on his name and like his page!

I want to thank everyone that was at the shoot!  Here is a taste of what I shot. Please follow the links at the end of the blog to see what the other photographers captured!  For you fellow photogs these photos were taken with a Nikon D3200 and edited using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.  All the images were captured using natural light only! I had the help of my trusty reflector and friends to assist!
